📱 How to Request a Return
To request a return, please send us a text on:

Please include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
You can also tap the “Text Us” button at the bottom of this page to launch the messaging app automatically.
We’ll respond during shop hours:
Monday to Friday, 10 am – 5 pm (AWST)
🔁 What You Can Return
Unwanted or incorrect items may be returned under these conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original condition with all tags and packaging
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Gripped skate decks are not eligible for return if griptape has been applied
Once approved, you may choose:
- Exchange
- Store credit
- Refund (excluding original shipping)
*If requesting an exchange, we recommend purchasing the desired items ASAP to speed up the return process and avoid the product selling out. We can then arrange a refund/credit once the item has been received back to us.
🚚 Who Covers Return Shipping?

We cover return postage if:
– The product is faulty (within warranty), or
– You received the wrong item or it doesn’t match the description
In these cases, we’ll email you a pre-paid return label. - For all other returns (e.g. change of mind or incorrect size), the customer covers the return shipping.
🛡️ Warranty Coverage
- Warranty valid for the original purchaser.
- Minimum 3-month warranty from purchase or delivery—unless otherwise stated.
- Claims are assessed for manufacturing defects.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- They typically appear within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.
